The arXiv is not doing its due contribution this year to the advance of, say, hep theory. Low quality substance results in lower number of addictions.
Did the physicist who invented intranet at CERN ever get awarded anything by the self awarding computer gurus? Ah, don’t even mention genius @ the green fruit shop.
